At Captativa, we are increasingly committed to integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices into our culture and operations. We believe that sustainable development and social responsibility are essential pillars for building a better future.

Under the social pillar, we are proud of our partnership with Casa Poéticas Negras, an association dedicated to promoting racial literacy and celebrating Afro-Brazilian artistic expression. We also collaborate with Associação Ambientalista Copaíba, where a tree is planted for each new hire — a symbolic and tangible gesture in support of environmental preservation.

In the area of knowledge and personal development, we have established a partnership with Instituto Conhecimento Liberta (ICL), which provides access to over 250 courses to support our team’s continuous growth. Additionally, we promote the “Conectando Conhecimentos” series, which features monthly content focused on our employees’ personal and professional growth.
