How does Captativa work?

Captativa serves exclusively companies (legal entities) as clients and we look for professionals in the market (candidates) who fit the profile of our clients' vacancies. We do not charge any amount for candidates to participate in our processes.

Does Captativa work with market replacement?

We do not work with Replacement/Outplacement. Register your CV on our website for free and as soon as there is an opportunity for your profile, our consultants will contact you to schedule an interview.

I saw a vacancy on the internet but couldn't find it on the website

The vacancies we are currently working on are published on our page - https://jobs.quickin.io/captativa/jobs If the vacancy you viewed is not on our page, it means that the vacancy has already been completed and the publication you saw is out of date.

Is there any cost to participate in the selection processes?

There is no cost for the candidate to participate in the Captativa processes.

Is there a cost for including and maintaining my CV?

Including your CV in our talent pool is free.

Can I send my resume by email?

Our selection processes are 100% computerized. To include your CV in our talent pool, you must register in the system via the internet.

How long is my resume active in the database?

Your resume will be active in the system indefinitely. Don't forget to always keep it updated.

I can't register for a vacancy... what should I do?

You have probably already registered for this vacancy at another time and it is only possible to apply for each vacancy once. Don't worry, even without being registered for a vacancy, you can be selected by a consultant if your profile is suitable and up to date.
